About Us
Established in 1992, Hero Frock Hire is a constantly evolving costume collection, supplying the needs of the Film, TV & Advertising industry.
Based at the Canal Road Film Centre our 600 square metre premises houses our showroom, offices, 2 mezzanine levels and a double level racking system. Ample parking is available and the loading bay is easily accessible.
The main collection covers the period from 1860 to modern, supplying Ladies, Gents and Children from the well dressed to ragged poor folk of old, through the war years to the flamboyant sixties & seventies and into modern world of business suits, everyday casual and funky streetwear.
We supply clothing, hats, shoes and costume accessories.
Other major departments include ethnic clothing, general occupational & military uniforms, bridal & formal.
Our Special Vintage Collection is available to our Herocard clients on an appointment basis
From inception our objective was to establish a core costume collection within the Australian industry, based on a philosophy of recycling wardrobe from Production Companies and Designers.
As a result Hero has a comprehensive and high quality range of stock and an industry friendly approach where we are used to working within the framework and demands of the modern commercial industry.
